The Frenchman and the piece of shit
One Day, made for Michel's Directors Label DVD, stars Michel and his increasingly-rude turd, played by a costumed David Cross, which came out of the toilet one day. It winds up chasing Michel down the street, seeking acceptance from its "papa."
Later they go to a restaurant and it acts just like a piece of shit would, I suppose, annoying others and otherwise being belligerent and messy.
At home they go to sleep in the same bed. When they wake up, the piece of shit is gone, leaving quite a mess. Instead, somehow David is now a Nazi officer, grilling Michel as if he were a soldier. I guess they consider Nazi officers to be the biggest pieces of shit ever.
This was the first time Michel worked with Lauri Faggioni, who made the offending costume. It was for this piece of shit that he first met her at her antiques and arts shop.
