(Spike's went platinum.) The summer 2004 issue of the Japanese magazine +81 has an interview with director/graphic designer Alex Rutterford. In it Alex says: "Chris asked me to help collate his new book and DVD release. It's not an intensely personal thing to me, it's more of a graphic design job, but I like working with Chris."
