Next, the organism is sequestered in a small, dark room. It flails its arms and body about the room, acting more like an animal than a human. Like the robot in Second Bad Vilbel, the thing is watched on closed circuit television. Then it is inspected by the two men, and then sat down in an electric chair.
We ultimately don't know what happens to it because we've only seen the first half of the clip. It would seem the men wish to experiment with or electrocute the creature. Whether the thing fights back is another question. Creepy nonetheless.
